M\u00c9RIM\u00c9E, install\u00e9 depuis peu et avec d\u00e9j\u00e0 un grand projet de diversification en construction. Le projet en question : la transformation de ses c\u00e9r\u00e9ales en farine puis en pain et donc devenir paysan boulanger.<\/p><p>Cette visite s&#8217;est effectu\u00e9e dans le cadre du nouveau MIL\/EIL des BTS. Ce module porte sur le fonctionnement d&#8217;un atelier de transformation et vente directe avec des interventions de professionnels et des visites. Les objectifs sont d&#8217;appr\u00e9hender tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;un atelier transformation et vente directe jusqu&#8217;au calcul de sa rentabilit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Le m\u00e9lange des deux classes apporte une riche diversit\u00e9 de points de vue et d&#8217;apports de connaissances tant en agronomie qu&#8217;en gestion. D&#8217;ailleurs, la visite a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&#8217;occasion de les partager avec l&#8217;agriculteur.<\/p><p>Encore merci \u00e0 M.
